Tzu Chi Cebu adopts EHELP Program of Cebu Normal University

The objectives of E-HELP Program are based on the same acronym:

EDUCATION : Skills and Knowledge. Promote basic literacy, informal education, and skills training for income generation

HEALTH : Nutrition and Sanitation Administration. Promote health care of the family and community in the conduct of preventive and promotive health care program administration, food and nutrition and disease prevention.

ENVIRONMENT: Manageable Ecosystem Protection. Promote protection, preservation and management of ecosystem to ensure sustainability.

LIVELIHOOD : Livelihood Cooperatives and Initiatives. Promote employment, value of savings and cooperative formation to augment income.

PEACE : Socio-Cultural Appreciation and Good Governance
Promote positive Filipino values, preservation and appreciation of culture, enhance leaderships, skills for the promotion of transparent and credible governance.
